Return Policy

COVID-19 Related Items Returns Policy - Due to the recent and unprecedented demand for cleaning and disinfecting products, many of these products are on "backorder" from the manufacturers. Please evaluate your need for these products carefully when placing your order as we will fill your order once stock becomes available. While we are not setting a limit on ordering for the forseeable future, they will be non-returnable.

FSIoffice appreciates the opportunity to provide quality products to you. If you have questions about the returnability of an item, please contact your dedicated customer service representative. Please note that FSIoffice delivery drivers are not allowed to pick up merchandise for return without the appropriate paperwork which is generated when you submit a return request.

  1. All merchandise returned must be in the original carton with all packaging intact, unmarked and in new and resalable condition, especially dated goods and readable products
  2. All food, beverages & medical supplies are non-returnable. No exceptions.
  3. All merchandise must be returned within 21 days of the invoice date to avoid restock penalty.
  4. Special order merchandise (including furniture) is not returnable except in case of error by FSIoffice.
  5. There will be a 15% restocking charge for all merchandise returned past 21 days.
  6. There will be a 20% restocking charge for all merchandise returned past 50 days.
  7. No merchandise is returnable past 80 days.
  8. Defective merchandise must be returned within 21 days of the invoice date.
  9. Shortages must be reported within 10 days of the invoice date.
  10. Damaged merchandise should be refused.
  11. Merchandise with concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours or is considered non-returnable.
  12. Warranty claims on defective merchandise outside of our return parameters should be handled directly with the manufacturer.
  13. Due to the seasonal nature of dated goods, all calendars are subject to return limits.
  14. Due to the seasonal nature of tax forms, no returns are permitted after January 31st.
  15. All equipment warranty claims should be handled directly with the manufacturer. No exceptions.
